With more than fifteen years of dedicated experience in teaching English to young learners, Mr. Devendar R. brings to Akshara School in Mancherial a rare combination of academic expertise, classroom experience, and a deep understanding of how children learn.

Holding a B.Ed. in English, he has spent years working with primary and middle-school students in Mancherial, particularly supporting children who learn at different paces and in different ways. His educational philosophy is rooted in a simple yet powerful belief: language opens the door to every other form of learning.

His classrooms are thoughtfully structured, calm, engaging, and driven by curiosity. He views reading, handwriting, vocabulary, grammar, and communication not as isolated exercises, but as interconnected skills that help children think clearly, communicate confidently, and express themselves effectively.

At Akshara School, Mancherial, Mr. Devendar R. provides academic leadership, mentors the teaching team, and personally oversees the English curriculum from Playgroup through Primary.
